  • Welcome to Freeman Middle School Athletics! Below you will find current season schedules (hyperlinked in blue) and a full list of directions to all schools. 

    To the left is a link to the Physical Form you'll need to complete for your student to participate. All other forms need to be completed on the Final Forms website (link Below).  If you have any questions, please contact FMS Athletic Director Mike Allen at mallen@freemansd.org.    #GOSCOTTIES

    Final Forms Athlete Registration/Paperwork

    • If you have not yet created an account for yourself and your student in Final Forms, please do so ASAP and select which sports they plan to participate in for the 2025-2026 school year.  Parents must create a parent account and then an individual account for each student.  There are forms for both parents and students to complete each year.
    • Sports physicals are required to participate in practice the first day.  They are valid for two years from the date of completion.  (If you have a new physical, please bring it in to the office and we will get it uploaded into Final Forms or you may scan it and upload it yourself.  If you manually uploaded yours, we must go in and approve each one individually and will be working on that ASAP.  If you have any questions regarding Final Forms or physicals, please reach out to Joanne Moyer @ jmoyer@freemansd.org.

    SPORTS FEES/ASB CARDS: 

    • We ask that student-athletes pay for their ASB card and extracurricular participation fees before the first athletic competition. 
    • Middle School Sport Participation Fees - ASB Card (once annually) - $30.  Transportation Fee (once annually) -$10

    Due to the changes in times and game facilities for middle school basketball this year, we have a couple requests for teams and spectators attending events at Freeman.

    1. Please enter the middle school through the lower doors on the west side of the building, large star on the map. 
    2. When parking by the tennis courts south of the middle school use the sidewalk to enter the building.
    3. When parking in the larger lots by the elementary use the stairway to the right of the main middle school entrance to enter the building.

    We will also have signage on the main entrance doors to help people navigate to the appropriate entrance.  Please let your coaches and athletes know of the change at our facility.  We are looking forward to a great season!

    Our coaching staff are excited to see our athletes in August.  All middle school sports begin on August 25th.

    • Football – Joe Nunley, Josh Robins, Stephen Busbee and Daniel Schwartz

    ACTIVITY BUS:

    • The Activity Bus will run M-F for the first two weeks of the Middle School Sports Seasons and then M-Th the rest of the year. The bus departs at 5:25pm. Questions, call the Transportation Department at 291-5555.
